MIDI file does not play due to incorrect volume settings.
Cause:
The system volume settings are muted or incorrect.
Solution:
Make sure that the settings in the 'Volume Control' dialog box are correct.
1) Double-click the speaker icon on the Taskbar. (The 'Volume Control' dialog box appears.)
2) Make sure that 'Mute' boxes are cleared.
3) Make sure that volume levels are sufficiently high.
4) Select the 'Options' menu and select 'Exit' to close the 'Volume Control' dialog box.
